The parent company of the Sakthi group and one of it's most successful members. It was set up by the founder P. Nachimuthu Gounder in 1931mainly for passenger transport.  The company has expanded and diversified its activities having 5 divisions provides direct / indirect employment to 10000 persons.

It has 4 vehicles now, where as it had 110 vehicles before nationalisation in 1970.
