Our moulding section is powered by four vertical DISAMATIC high pressure flaskless high-speed moulding machines, enabling fully automated and continuous production of high-precision castings. These machines ensure exceptional mould consistency, close dimensional tolerances, and superior surface finish. Their high productivity and repeatability make them ideal for handling complex and safety-critical automotive components in large volumes.

The entire process is streamlined with an automatic mould conveyor & synchronised belt conveyor system, transferring moulds to the DISA Cool Drum, where castings are separated from the sand. The castings then move to the Didion Drum through apron conveyor, which effectively removes residual sand particles from the castings, runners, and risers.

The used sand is return back to the sand plant for recycling, ensuring efficient resource use. Post-sand removal, the castings proceed to subsequent fettling & finishing processes.
