Our in-house Core Shop spans 18,826 sq. ft. and is equipped to produce up to 10,000 cores per day. It includes both cold box and shell core making machines, delivering dimensionally accurate, gas-permeable cores. Automated core shooters and curing ovens support high-volume, high-precision core manufacturing, enabling consistent quality for intricate geometries and critical applications.
